In Person meetings consist of a weekly weigh in followed by a weekly motivational topic. Weigh Ins are confidential between you and your coach. Our meetings are relaxed, friendly and informative. These are walk-in meetings, no booking required.

Online Group Meetings
Gather your friends/colleagues together for this group session. This will be your group. Whether it’s your bridal party/sports club/friends group/book club/holiday friends, you choose!! From here you can book in with your friends and gather virtually once per week for a 40 minute online session with one of our coaches. Between us we will select a designated day and time each week where we will get together and work on your desired goals. Each member can personally send their weight to their coach, where it will be recorded in a private manner. This information will not be shared with any other members of the group. We at Turning Point Wellness know the sensitive nature of each person’s weight.
