  • 15g Serving Valcom Rice Paper 250g
  • Small (30g) Carrots, Raw
  • [2x] 1 Spring onion (10g) Spring Onions, Bulbs & Tops, Raw
  • 10g Mangetout, Raw
  • Handful (40g) Beansprouts, Mung, Raw
  • 10g Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce 210g

METHOD

Finely slice all of the vegetables into strips, prepare the rice paper as per instructions, put a teaspoon of the hoisin sauce on the rice paper and then add the vegetables and the roll.
