INGREDIENTS INFO (SERVES 4)

  • 300.0g Wholewheat Fusilli, Dried
  • [12x] Cherry tomato (15g) Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh
  • Medium tomato (85g) Tomatoes, Fresh
  • Tablespoon (15ml) Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
  • Medium clove (3g) Garlic, Raw
  • [4x] Sprig (1g) Basil, Fresh
  • Tablespoon (15g) Tomato Puree, Double Concentrate
  • Medium Portion (130g) Chicken Breast, Oven Baked without Skin
  • 30.0ml Sainsbury’s White Wine Vinegar 500ml

METHOD

  1. Cook the pasta according to packet instructions. Once drained, rinse well and leave to cool.
  2. Meanwhile, add the tomato, olive oil, tomato puree, vinegar, garlic and basil to a blender. Blitz to form a sauce.
  3. Stir the sauce into the cooked, drained pasta until well combined.
  4. Fold in the chicken and the cherry tomatoes,
  5. Serve immediately, or keep in the fridge for up to 4 days.
