1/2 Medium pepper (80g) Yellow Peppers, Raw
1/2 Medium pepper (80g) Red Peppers, Raw
Small chilli (4g) Red Chilli Peppers, Raw
1/2 Pack (as sold) Lidl Inismara King Prawns 180g
Level tablespoon (15ml) Lee Kum
Kee Premium Light Soy Sauce 500ml
50g Jade Phoenix Whole Wheat
Noodles 300g
Shallot (20g) Shallots, Raw
Medium (80g) Carrots, Raw
Per Serving Jade Phoenix Bamboo

Method

Peel and chop all the vegetables. Cook the noodles per instructions. Add the prawns to your wok/pan on a gentle heat with some spray oil. Cook for five minutes, then add the vegetables and Soy sauce and cook to your liking. Plate your noodles and top with the prawns & vegetables, enjoy…
