INGREDIENTS INFO (SERVES 4)

  • Medium clove (3g) Garlic, Raw
  • Small chilli (4g) Red Chilli Peppers, Raw
  • 400.0g Vegetable Stir Fry Mix, Uncooked
  • [4x] Large sprig (1g) Coriander Leaves, Fresh
  • [2x] Pack, as sold (150g) Aldi Asia Specialities Ready To Wok Udon Noodles 2 x 150g (300g)
  • [2x] 1/2 Pack, as sold (60g) Aldi Asia Specialities Oyster & Spring Onion Stir Fry Sauce 120g
  • Spray (1.8ml) Mantova Rapeseed Oil 200ml

METHOD

  1. Add the garlic and chilli and cook for 1 minute.
  2. Add the stir fry vegetables and mix well. Stir-fry for 3 minutes until the vegetables are starting to soften but are still crisp.
  3. Stir in the noodles and sauce, and stir-fry for 2 minutes until piping hot.
  4. Serve immediately in warm bowls sprinkled with fresh coriander (if using).
