INGREDIENTS INFO (SERVES 6)

  • 1/2 Pack (as sold) Aldi Butcher’s Selection 1% Fat Turkey Breast Mince 400g
  • [3x] Pepper (24g) Sweet Mini Peppers, Raw
  • 15g Serving (drained) Aldi The Deli Sliced Jalapenos 210g
  • 30.0ml White Mausu Peanut Rayu 240g
  • [2x] Small chilli (4g) Red Chilli Peppers, Raw
  • Shallot (20g) Shallots, Raw
  • [2x] Medium tomato (85g) Tomatoes, Fresh

METHOD

  1. Place the turkey mince into a bowl, chop half of the vegetables and slice the other half of them, mix the chopped vegetables into the turkey mince and season,
  2. Layer a bread tin with greaseproof paper and layer the sliced vegetables one the bottom, then add in the turkey mince, fold over the greaseproof paper and cook for 25 minutes at 180 degrees, then uncover and cook for a further 10 minutes,enjoy..
