INGREDIENTS INFO (SERVES 2)

  • 200.0g Chicken Breast Fillets, Raw, No Skin
  • 140.0g Carrots, Raw
  • 150.0g Onions, Raw
  • 80.0g Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh
  • Small clove (2g) Garlic, Raw
  • 300.0ml Chicken Stock, Fresh
  • 1 dried teaspoon, 1g Thyme, Dried, Ground
  • 20.0g Cornflour
  • Pinch Sea Salt
  • Teaspoon Black Pepper, Ground
  • 50.0g Lidl Deluxe Petits Pois 907g

METHOD

  1. Place all the ingredients, except for the dried thyme and peas into the slow cooker, cook on high for four hours until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender, twenty minutes before serving add peas and thyme, season with salt and pepper, add some cornflour if stew needs to be thickened, enjoy.
