INGREDIENTS INFO (SERVES 4)

  • Medium onion (150g) Onions, Raw
  • Medium clove (3g) Garlic, Raw
  • 15.0g Demerara Sugar
  • Spray (1.8ml) Mantova Rapeseed Oil 200ml
  • 15ml Serving Lidl Batts Worcestershire Sauce 150ml
  • 75.0g Aldi Asia Specialties Tiger Bite Sriracha Chilli BBQ Sauce 240g
  • 350.0g Aldi Butchers Selection Chicken Breast Mini Fillets 350g
  • [4x] Thin (42g) Aldi Ballymore Crust 6 Multigrain Thins 250g

METHOD

  1. Mix the BBQ sauce, onion, garlic, olive oil, Worcester sauce and sugar together in a slow cooker.
  2. Add the chicken breasts and coat well with the sauce mix.
  3. Cook on low for 6-7 hours, until the chicken is easy to shred.
  4. Once cooked, remove the chicken to a chopping board and shred using two forks. Add back into the slow cooker and mix thoroughly with the leftover sauce.
  5. Serve in a bread roll..
