INGREDIENTS INFO (SERVES 4)

  • 240g Penne Pasta, Dried
  • 15g Basil, Fresh
  • 10g Chives, Fresh
  • 15g Parsley, Fresh
  • 6g Garlic, Raw
  • 15g Lidl Lovilio Grana Padano Cheese 200g
  • Teaspoon (5ml) Olive Oil, Extra Virgin

METHOD

  1. Cook the pasta as per the packet instructions,
  2. Keep 5 grams of the cheese and then place all of the other ingredients in a blend and blend until the leaves are finely chopped,add the olive oil and give a quick blitz,
  3. Drain the pasta and mix in the pesto mixture,divide into four bowls and grate the remaining cheese over the top..
