INGREDIENTS INFO (SERVES 1)

  • Bagel (55g) Lidl Connell Bakery 6 Poppy Seed Thin Bagels 330g
  • 100g Chicken Breast Fillets, Raw, No Skin
  • 10.0g Chorizo
  • Slice (20g) Lidl Valley Spire High Protein Mature Cheese Slices 160g
  • Handful (35g) Mixed Leaf Salad, No Dressing

METHOD

  1. Slice the chicken breast in half lengthways, Chop the chorizo and place in the pan and cook for 3 minutes, place the chicken fillets in to pan and cook on both sides until the chicken is no longer pink,
  2. Layer the base of the bagel with the lettuce,then add the cheese,add the chicken, topped with the chorizo pieces, enjoy.
