  • [2x] Pepper (24g) Sweet Mini Peppers, Raw
  • 7 Tomatoes (80g) Aldi Nature’s Pick Cherry Vine Tomatoes 500g
  • Shallot, as sold (20g) Aldi Nature’s Pick Echalion Shallots 400g
  • 30g Serving Lidl Rathdaragh Grated Irish Lighter Mature White Cheese 250g
  • Handful (25g) Spinach, Raw

METHOD

  1. Chop the vegetables and add to the whisked egg, then add the spinach, line the loaf tin with tin foil/ grease proof paper and place in the oven for 25 minutes at 180 degrees, enjoy.
