INGREDIENTS INFO (SERVES 15)

  • [2x] Medium (50g) Eggs, Whole, Raw
  • Lemon Lemon Juice, Freshly Squeezed
  • 45.0g Aldi Brooklea Authentic Greek Yoghurt 0% Fat 500g
  • 35.0g Canderel Sugarly Granulated Sweetener 275g

METHOD

  1. Whisk the eggs in a large glass bowl, add the lemon juice, rind and sweetener and whisk together,
  2. Place the bowl over a simmering pot of boiling water and whisk until it starts to thicken, remove from the heat and allow to cool a little, then add in the yogurt and whisk until smooth,
  3. Allow to cool, then transfer into a jar and store in the fridge,enjoy.
