INGREDIENTS INFO (SERVES 8)

  • [2x] Small (41g) Eggs, Whole, Raw
  • 50g White Flour, Self-Raising
  • 50g Wholemeal Flour
  • 150ml Skimmed Milk

METHOD

  1. Place the flours into a bowl ,add the eggs and milk and blend to a smooth batter, leave to rest for an hour or overnight where possible,
  2. Heat a non-stick pan to a medium heat,pour the batter onto the pan and cook till you see the bubbles and then flip and cook on the other side,place on a warm plate to keep warm while you continue to cook the rest,enjoy ..
