Could give you loads Catherine. Stay for class, drink water consistently don’t give in straight away to cravings try 5 minutes. Treat yourself to a small bit of what you enjoy just not as often. Small changes make a big difference. Exercise when you can but the important thing is to get your plate right. No amount of exercise will undo a bad plate (well not in the time it took to have the plate 😂)The main thing is Track Track Track. Nutracheck has been a game changer. The day I walked backed into your class on the 12th October 2022 I felt so much better even though I wasn’t an oz lighter- I felt I was taking control over it not it controlling me. Take what you want from this just don’t do me for copyright as it’s your coaching 😂😂
