  • 200.0g Turkey Breast Mince, 2% Fat, Raw
  • Small clove (2g) Garlic, Raw
  • 1 inch piece (14g) Fresh Ginger Root, Raw
  • 20.0g Tesco Red Chillies 60g
  • 1/2 Lime (22ml) Lime Juice, Freshly Squeezed
  • Pinch Table Salt
  • Medium (50g) Eggs, Whole, Raw

METHOD

Pop all the ingredients into a bowl. Mix together. This recipe will give you 12 mini burgers or 6 larger ones. You chose. Cook on a pan using some olive oil. Serve with a salad, pickles or slimbo. Enjoy
