  • [2x] Average leek (90g) Leeks, Raw
  • [4x] Cube (as sold) Oxo Vegetable Stock Cubes 12
  • 600g Potatoes, Raw, Peeled
  • Medium onion (150g) Onions, Raw
  • [3x] Medium clove (3g) Garlic, Raw
  • [2x] Tablespoon (15ml) Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
  • 1500ml Water

METHOD

  1. Sauté chopped onion & garlic
  2. Added cubed potato & leeks and sauté 5 mins
  3. Add stock cubes & water simmer 15 mins
  4. Blitz & serve
