30g Obento Panko Bread Crumbs 200g
[2x] 100g (drained) Lidl Freshona Chickpeas 240g
[2x] Medium clove (3g) Garlic, Raw

METHOD

Drain the chickpeas and keep the liquid, place in a blender along with the garlic, add a drop of the liquid if to dry, she’ll the eggs and cover with the chickpea mixture, then roll in the Panko Breadcrumbs, place on an oven tray and bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
