Medium clove (3g) Garlic, Raw
5g Obento Panko Bread Crumbs 200g
30ml Aldi Bramwells Lighter Than Light Mayonnaise 500ml
100g Chicken Breast Fillets, Raw, No Skin
20g Eggs, Whole, Raw
10g White Flour
10g Parmesan Cheese
Teaspoon (1g) Aldi Stonemill Dried Parsley 8g

METHOD

Slice along the side of the chicken fillet to form a pocket, mix together the mayonnaise, garlic and parsley and fill the pocket in the chicken fillet, hold it together by pinning the opening with a cocktail stick. Place out three separate bowls for the Panko Breadcrumbs, egg and flour, dip the fillet into the flour first, then the whisked egg and then the breadcrumbs, place on a lined baking tray and then add the grated Parmesan cheese and cook for 25 minutes at 180 degrees, enjoy.
