Ingredients
2 Carrots
2 Courgettes
½ tsp Chilli Flakes (or more depending on your love of heat)
2 Light Cheese Triangles
1 Vegetable Stock Cube
Method
Chop the carrots and courgettes, pop them in a pot and cover them with boiling water and bring back to the boil. Add the chilli flakes and simmer till the carrots are soft. Add the cheese then blend with a stick blender and enjoy!!!
