We all face Turning Points in our lives, recent events have taught us, our health, weight, mental and physical wellbeing are of the utmost importance.

What happens in a meeting?

Turning Point Wellness In-Person Meetings

In Person meetings consist of a weekly weigh in followed by a weekly motivational topic.

Weigh Ins are confidential between you and your coach.

Our meetings are relaxed, friendly and informative.

Dublin – The Carmelite Community Centre, Aungier Street, Dublin 2: Thursday 12.30pm

Clonsilla – The Clonsilla Inn: Wednesdays at 8am, 9.15am & 5:15pm

Glasnevin – Glasnevin Lawn Tennis Club: Wednesday 10am-11am, 11am-11.30am, 5pm-6pm, 6pm-6.30pm

Malahide – St. Sylvesters GAA: Friday 10am-11am, 11am-11.30am

Swords – Pavilions Shopping Centre: Saturday 9am-11am, 11am-11.30am

Leixlip – Our Lady’s Parish Centre: Thursday 6.45pm

Wexford – Kilanerin Community Centre, Gorey, Co. Wexford: Tuesdays 9:30am & 6:30pm

These are walk-in meetings, no booking required.

Turning Point Wellness One to One Online Meetings

These meetings have become very popular, it can be you and a coach of your choice, it can be a couple, parent and child (*over 18), or two friends from the comfort of your own home.

These meetings are centred around your needs, working with your coach to help you achieve your weight loss and wellness goals.

Together we agree a day and a time that suits you, each session is 40 minutes and runs for 6 weeks.

Turning Point Wellness Online Meetings

At Turning Point Wellness we have been running online meetings since June 2020, this new way of working, like many others was a very new project with lots of training and up-skilling for us to get to where we are in the online world today.

Online meetings allow us to connect likeminded people locally, nationally and globally.

It allows you to connect from the comfort of your own home, or from your workplace. We provide weekly meetings with a variety of times to suit everyone.

With our online class you get a 40-minute interactive, fun and topical class, with the option of your coach privately recording your weight on a weekly basis.

By the end of the session, you will leave feeling motivated and ready for the week ahead.ᅠ

Turning Point Wellness Corporate Meetings

Corporate meetings are run during lunchtime in your workplace or online with a weekly weigh in and motivational talk. The meetings are structured with Getting You Started on your journey, followed by weekly topics, giving you the tools to create a healthy lifestyle that fits into your busy life.

These courses run for 6 weeks.

Minimum attendees 10.
